There is probably no office in this country that doesn’t use at least one of our successful products. For a long time this has made us the absolute market leader in many sectors. The top market sellers are the “Blue Classic”, the book of printed forms, and the “Yellow Classic”, for our universal labels (64%* market share). Another major successful product was born in New York on 13 January 1907 when Stan Avery invented the first self-adhesive and removable label. Stan Avery’s guiding principle: “Stagnation means a retrograde step” still applies for us today.
From farm to worldwide group: Zweckform began as a small printing establishment with 14 items and a few employees in a building previously used as a farm in Oberlaindern near Holzkirchen in Upper Bavaria in 1946. Little by little we advanced to become the biggest European manufacturer of carbon copy books by the mid-sixties. A new extended concept was carried forward in the mid-nineties: high-quality and multi-purpose special labels for inkjet printers, laser printers and copiers have become our most significant merchandise sector. With further products, such as photo papers and self-printable visiting cards, today we can offer a wide range of forward-looking, service-oriented solutions.
Avery, an American specialist in self-adhesive technologies, and Zweckform, the German market leader of labels and books of printed forms, became an absolutely unbeatable combination in 1958. The enterprises amalgamated officially in 1998. Since then we have been one of the leading manufacturers of high-quality PC printing materials

As Avery Zweckform we are mainly a synonym for labels and books of printed forms in Germany, and we are market leader of one of the most famous PBS brands in the Federal Republic of Germany. The brand tracker study that has currently been carried out verifies that Avery Zweckform has a brand awareness of 67%*.
